This website is not free; it is one of those "free to join" websites which means you can only really talk to someone else if one of the two of you is a paying member. Our lives are hard enough without people taking advantage of people in bad situations. You sign up for these things spend time writing up your profile, wait for a few days for them to approve it and then realize you can't do anything but see what you could do if you chose to pay.
